About Our Project
Lets communicate with devices
The idea came up with the problems that we face in day to day life which can be reduced and make smart work using technology. In the first phase of the project we are detecting the gesture of the hand and performing some related operation such as switching on the Fan or light or AC and many more using Camera, Raspberry pi and Python. For this task we have generated some datasets that will be compared with the live data and will perform respective operation.
In the second phase of our project we are going to implement cloud using OpenStack where we will store all the data required by the project so that the same task can be done not only with the raspberry pi but also with the smart phones.

In this video we are trying to detect the number of fingers and depending on that the count of the finger is being printed on the screen. This is the first and core step towards the project after that we are going to use camera with Raspberry Pi to operate devices. This video is just one part of our project which we are going to integrate with hardware and operate it.
